Meal Applications for 2023-2034 Available NOW
To prepare for the start of the school year please complete a lunch application online at linqconnect.com today. Students who qualify for free or reduced price will receive lunch at no cost. Full priced meals will be $2.00 daily. Charging will begin on the first day of school, August 7th. Breakfast will remain free for ALL students.

Now Serving Summer Meals
We are proud to offer free meals for kids up to 18 years old during the summer. Kids do not need to be enrolled in Creighton School District but must be present to receive a meal. Adults may purchase breakfast for $1 and lunch for $2. To find the location nearest you, use our interactive map.

Meal Payment Portal Update
Our meal payments and application platform, Titan Family Portal, will be transitioning to LINQ Connect on Tuesday May 23. Be sure to download the new LINQ Connect app in the Google Play Store available now and the Apple Store that will be available soon or visit LINQConnect.com if you use a browser. No need to change your username or password. All your information will be transferred to the new site for your convenience.

Negative Lunch Balances Due
As we prepare to close out the school year, we please ask that you check your students lunch account and pay any outstanding balances. A negative lunch balance and must be paid prior to the school year ending. Please visit family.titank12.com to make payment. Summer 2023 p-EBT
The Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) will be issuing summer p-EBT benefits to students that qualify for free or reduced-price meals during the 2022-2023 school year. Children must have a free or reduced lunch application submitted no later than the last day of school (May 25, 2023). Parents may also want to ensure that their mailing address is up-to-date with the front office as p-EBT cards will be distributed to the mailing address on file.
The p-EBT cards will be distributed in the fall of 2023. Applications can be submitted online in the Titan Family Portal. To determine if a child is already eligible or for help submitting the application please contact the Child Nutrition Department at 602-381-6048.

ADE Announces Reduced Price Meals Subsidy
The Arizona Department of Education (ADE) announced that it will allocate pandemic relief funds to waive the cost of reduced price lunches ($0.40) for Arizona families. This means that if you qualify for reduced price meals, they will be FREE starting January 9. There is no need to complete an additional application. Charges accrued prior to January 9 must still be paid. If you have not completed a meal application for this school year yet please do so at family.titank12.com.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
