The Creighton District Governing Board and Administration would like to recognize staff members that demonstrate Adventurous Learning, Health & Wellness, Community Impact/Partnership, and Stewardship/Customer Service to our District and children. If you would like to nominate someone, please use the nomination form below. Once you have filled out the form make sure that you sign it, as well as have the direct supervisor of the person you nominated sign it before you turn it in. Completed forms are due to Hilda at District Office on March 20, 2024.

The following is the schedule for implementation of the recognition program:

• March 20, 2024 Deadline for nomination forms to be submitted to Governing Board Assistant
• April 2024 District Level Award Judging to determine District winners
• May 8, 2024 End of Year Award Recognition Ceremony
